Leaving the workshop
We do not hold stock and we do not send parcels. Every pair on this site is fulfilled by our retail partner, and the delivery terms you see at checkout are theirs.
Where the parcel actually comes from
When you press a button on a page here, you land on a listing at our retail partner. From that point on the order is entirely theirs: the stock, the packing, the carrier, the tracking number and the delivery date. We have no warehouse and no loading bay, so there is nothing here for a courier to collect.
What that means for delivery options
Delivery speed, cost and destinations are set on the listing at checkout and can differ from one pair to another. We do not publish a table of rates here, because any table we wrote down would be a copy that goes stale and starts telling you something that is not true. Read the options on the listing itself.
If a parcel goes missing
Raise it with our retail partner through the order in your account with them. They can look up where a box is, we cannot; we do not receive your name, your address or your order number at any point.
Every pair on this site is sold through our retail partner, who sets the price and handles payment, delivery and anything that comes back.
