Short, because there is not much to agree to: this site describes shoes and points at a place to buy them, and no contract between you and us is formed by reading it.
What this site is
A catalogue. Everything here is written to help you choose a shape, a last and an upper. Nothing on these pages is an offer to sell, and no sale takes place here. The contract you enter into is with our retail partner, on their terms, at the moment you check out.
Prices and availability
Both are read from the listing when a page is built, and both belong to our retail partner. Either can change after our page was written, and we do not promise that a figure here is the figure you will be charged. Where they disagree, the checkout is right and we are out of date.
Accuracy
We describe the shoes as carefully as we can and correct anything we find wrong. Even so, a colour on a screen is not a colour on a foot, and a description is not a guarantee of fit, of stock or of a particular outcome. Use the size chart on the listing.

The text and the layout on these pages are ours. Product photographs belong to the brand and its retailer and appear here to show you what a pair looks like. Please do not republish our pages wholesale.
Every pair on this site is sold through our retail partner, who sets the price and handles payment, delivery and anything that comes back.
