Write to us about the shoes: the lasts, the uppers, how the cork bed behaves, which shelf a shape belongs on. Anything about an order that already exists belongs with our retail partner, because that is who has it.
What we can answer
How a last is shaped and who it is cut for. What the difference is between our suede, smooth leather, oiled leather and vegan uppers. How to look after a cork rim, a buckle or a nap. Which of our shelves a shape sits on and why. If something on a page here is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct the page.
What we cannot answer
Where a parcel is, when it will arrive, what a card was charged, whether an order can still be changed, or how long a window to send something back is open. None of that reaches us: our retail partner handles the whole transaction and we have no view into it. Writing to us about it only costs you a day.
