We cut the upper straps from smooth material dyed in a clear purple tone. A damp cloth cleans dust off the surface after trips to the beach or playground.
Added back strap
Along with the two vamp straps, a matching back strap circles the heel. It fastens with its own metal buckle so the shoe stays seated on the foot.
Moulded cork core
The footbed is built from cork with a cupped heel and a contoured arch. As days go by, the cork adapts to the outline of the child foot.
Light EVA tread
Under the cork rests a lightweight EVA outsole cut with a grooved tread pattern. It flexes easily as kids walk across gravel, pavement, or grass.
